We've made things as flexible as previous years!

Bed, Breakfast and your evening meal is booked directly with Aston. You can book in for one night or two - or more if you feel like it!

Price List

Classic Single Room £ 45.95 B&B including vat
Twin or double Rooms £77.90 B&B including vat so that would be £38.95 pp sharing (if people wanted to share to split the costs)

Dinner can be booked on the Friday and/or Saturday evening at £22.50
There is also a selection of bar meals available.

If you wish to book the sit-down dinner at £22.50, to avoid confusion, I would recommend that you book the full dinner at the same time as you book your accommodation.

Cancellation: to be informed before 1st June of non attendance, or the full payment will be required. (Due to cancellation notice required by Venue)

Note: accommodation and dinner are not affected by the discount.

Cancellations to Conference (this applies to the workshops, all arrangements for accommodation are made with Aston directly and are subject to their cancellation policy)

Cancellations made from 15th - 23r July are charged at 100%.

Cancellations made from 1 June - 14th July are charged at 50%

Cancellations made from 1 May to 31 May are charged at 25%

Cancellations made prior to 1 May will be free of charge :-)
